Privacy notice
This notice covers the website livon.tempdomain.me. Each statement describes how the site is actually built, so it can be checked rather than taken on trust. The Livon service itself (the hospital tenants) is operated for each hospital under its own agreement.

This website
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. It loads no script, stylesheet or font from any other domain. Its web server keeps ordinary access logs (IP address, requested page, time, browser) for operating the service and detecting abuse, rotated after a short period.
The platform status indicator
The footer asks the platform's status endpoint every 15 seconds while a page is open. The request carries no identifier; it is answered by the same site.
The demo request form
When you ask for a demo we receive what you type: name, work e-mail, phone (if given), organisation, type, country, expected size, the requested address and branches, and your message. We also record the IP address and browser the request came from, the time, and the language of the form, which is how the form limits abuse (five requests per address per hour). The request is stored on the platform and e-mailed to the operator, and used only to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to set up your hospital's tenant. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a mailing list. It is kept as a record of the request until you ask us to delete it.
Security check
When it is switched on, the form shows a Cloudflare Turnstile widget. Cloudflare then sees the request for the widget from your browser. It is switched off at the moment; this page says so because the site is built to allow it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw a request, by writing to shadi.alnamroti@phoenixhealth.sa.
Changes
When a change to the site changes what is collected or kept, this notice is changed in the same release and the date above moves.
